BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST THIRD NAMED ACCUSED IN A MURDER

ARA (RNI) Bhojpur police arrested the third named accused in the murder of CRPF personnel and sent him to jail. The arrested miscreant was identified as Vijay Singh son of Dhaneshwar Singh of Bhadwar village under Chandi police station in Bhojpur district. The police had earlier arrested two miscreants Krishna Kumar alias Kariya and Lav Kumar.

Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that a marriage ceremony of Guddu Kumar son of Dharmendra Kumar was going on at Bhadwar village under Chandi police station on May 1, 2023 and a dance programme was also organized for the entertainment of guests. A Class X student Aryan Kumar and son of CRPF personnel Anand Kumar had also gone there to watch the programme. During the dance programme, some youths started pleasure firing and some bullets hit Arayan Kumar and killed him spot. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Chandi police station against four persons and the police arrested three of them. Police are still conducting raids to arrest the fourth named accused.
