BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST FOUR MISCREANTS FOR FIRING DURING A BIRTHDAY PARTY

ARA---------------------------Bhojpur police arrested four persons and sent them to jail after interrogation in connection with firing during a birthday party at Hotel Diamond Inn at Babu Bazaar area under Ara town police station in the evening on January 1, 2025 in which one person was badly injured. An FIR was also lodged with the police under Ara town police station against four named and 15 unnamed person in this regard on the statement of a waiter of the hotel Manoj Kumar son of Jeetan Yadav of Sohara village under Krishnagarh police station in Bhojpur district while another group also lodged an FIR against in this regard. The police arrested four persons from both the groups after institution of FIR. Later the police sent them to jail after interrogation.

 Manoj Kumar said in the FIR that he was working as waiter in the hotel in the evening on January 1, 2025 when Mussa Yadav was delayed in serving the food that infuriated him and he abused him and also broke the window by throwing a glass. When he objected, he thrashed him and kicked him. After sometime, Musa Yadav once again returned along with his at least 15 associates including Ashish Kumar, Raju Yadasv and Purushottam Kumar and once again thrashed him and dragged him out of the hotel on road. Meanwhile police came and seeing the police, they fled away from the scene after snatching a gold chain and money from him. The waiter further said that the owner of the hotel Raju Kumar’s brother Ashish Kumar went to the Ara Sadar Hospital, MusaYadav, Raju Yadav and Purushottam Kumar abused and thrashed him in presence of the police there. All the incidents were captured in the CCTV.

Bhojpur SP Mister Raj said that a youth was shot at and injured a youth after a dispute that broke out at a birthday party in the evening on January 1, 2025. The injured was identified as Ashish Kumar 18 son of Siddhnath Chaurasia of Mahadeva road under Ara town police station. He was admitted to the Ara Sadar Hospital but the doctor referred to the PMCH in precarious condition where he is struggling for life.

The SP further said that the miscreants had been identified and the police arrested four miscreants two from each group and sent them to jail after interrogation. He stated that the police are trying to know as to who fired and who gave the cartridge and added that arms used in the firing was licensee. He stated that the license of the arms would be cancelled and the police are conducting raids to arrest the miscreants. The arrested miscreants were identified as Raju Yadav son of Laksham Yadav of Babu Bazaar under Ara town police station and Purushottam Kumar son of Chandeshwar Singh of Siarua village under Krishnagarh police station of a group and Manoj Kumar son of Jeetan Yadav of Sohara village under Krishnagarh police station and Amar Kumar son of Jamuna Prasad of Pakadi locality under Nawada police station.
