BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST FOUR MISCREANTS AND SEIZE FIREARMS

ARA----------------------Bhojpur police arrested four miscreants including a miscreant listed in the top 10 miscreants of Bhojpur district. The police also seized a country made pistol, five live cartridges of 8mm caliber, one sword, one motorcycle, three mobiles and Rs. 2800 in cash from their possession. The arrested miscreants were identified as Bimlesh Tiwari, Rajesh Gond of Barisawan, Raju Pandey of Kanaili village under Shahpur police station and Mukesh Rai of under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district. Bimlesh Tiwari is counted among the top 10 miscreant of Bhojpur district.

Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that police patrolling party got information that in the late night that some miscreants had gathered at the cowshed of Raju Pandey at Kanaily village under Shahpur police station. A police team under the Jagdishpur SDPO Rajiv Chandra Rai was formed. The police team conducted raid at the cowshed of Raju Pandey at Kanaily village and arrested four miscreants and seized firearms, live cartriges, mobile, motorcycle, sword and cash.  

The SP stated that several criminal cases including case No 546/23, 547/23, 548/23, Arms Act, SC/ST Act are pending against Bimlesh Tiwari under Shahpur police station.
