BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST AN ARMS DEALER WITH FIREARMS

ARA (RNI) Bhojpur police arrested an arms dealer from near a Petrol Pump at Pachhchim Tola locality under Sinha police station in Bhojpur district and seized two country made pistols and four blank magazines from him. The arrested arms dealer was identified as Lav Kush Singh of Paschim Tola under Sinha police station. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Sinha police station against him and the police sent him to jail after interrogation.

Sadar SDPO 2 Ranjeet Kumar Singh said that the police got information that cache of arms are kept with Lav Kush Singh at Paschim Tola under Sinha police station. A police team was formed under the SHO Sinha police station Chandra Shekhar Chauhan that conducted raid at Paschim Tola and arrested Lav Kush Singh from there. After a search, the police recovered country made two pistols and four blank magazines. During interrogation, he revealed that the arms were kept to deliver somebody. The SDPO said that now the police are investigating as to where the arms were brought and to whom they were to be delivered and why.
