BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST A YOUTH WITH FIREARMS

ARA--------------------------Bhojpur police arrested a youth with a country made pistol and five live cartridges from under Sikarhatta police station area and sent him to jail after interrogation. The youth was identified as Golu Pandey son of Kaushal Pandey of Imadpur village under the same police station in Bhojpur district. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Sikarhatta police station in this regard. SHO Sikarhatta police station said that Golu Pandey had gone to a petrol pump to take petrol near Mopati Mela Mod under Sikarhatta police station where he had some tiff with an employee of the petrol pump. Golu Pandey called his friends from the village and all of them embroiled in a quarrel with the petrol pump employee. Meanwhile Sikarhatta police arrived at the spot and arrested Golu Pandey though his friends escaped from the scene. When searched, police recovered a country made pistol and five live cartridges from him.
