BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST A YOUTH ROAMING WITH FAKE FIREAMRS

ARA----------------------------Bhojpur police and the Patna STF jointly arrested a youth with fake arms license and pistol at Ara from near Petrol Pump at Judge Bazaar under Bihia police station area in Bhojpur district and sent him to jail after interrogation. The arrested youth was identified as Mukesh Kumar of Damodarpur village under Bahoranpur police station in Bhojpur district. Police seized a pistol, fake license and mobile from him. Police are investigating the matter and also trying to reach the gang. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Bihia police station against the arrested youth and four others under the Arms Act and Forgery Act.

Police are also investigating about the previous criminal history. The fake license was made in the name of Buxar district. Police are also trying to reach the racket of making fake license.

On the basis of interrogation and indentification of the arrested person, it is reported that seven rounds of live cartridges were recovered from his residence in the Kotwali area of Ranchi, Jharkhank. A separate case has been registered in Ranchi in this regard.

Earlier on April 15, Bahoranpur police had arrested three miscreants including Guddu Yadav of Damodarpur village under Bahoranpur police outpost with fake license and revolver. Bhojpur SP had released press release in this regard on Sunday.

Patna STF also got input about the suspect through technical sources. On the basis of which the team came here and during this Mukesh Kumar was arrested by laying siege near the Petrol Pump at Judge Bazaar under Bihia police station and also recovered a pistol, fake license book and a mobile from him.

SHO Bihia police station Aditya Kumar said that on his revelation, seven live cartridges were recovered from his residence in Ranchi Kotwali. The arrested miscreant had been carrying fake license book and illegal weapons for about five years.
