BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST A DRUG PEDDLER WITH ABOUT 9KG OF GANJA

ARA-----------------------------Bhojpur police arrested drug smuggler from Raghu Tola canal No 12 under Ara town police station and seized 9.5 kilogram of ganja. The arrested drug peddler was identified as Suraj Kumar alias Sunil Kumar son of late Manoj Kumar Sah of Raghu Tola. A named FIR has been lodged with the police under Ara town police station under the NTPC Act and the police sent him to jail after interrogation.

Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that he got information that contraband ganja was kept in the house of drug peddler Suraj Kumar alias Sunil Kumar at Raghu Tola under Ara town police station. He also deals in contraband ganja. He formed a police team under the SHO Ara town police station Devraj Rai and the police conducted raid in the house of Suraj Kumar alias Sunil Kumar at Raghu Tola at about midnight. Seeing the police Suraj Kumar alias Sunil Kumar tried to escape but the police chased and arrested him. The police team searched his house and seized 9.555 kg of ganja packed in red colour plastic bag from his house
