BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST 21 GAMBLERS, MOBILES AND CASH SEIZED

ARA---------------------------Bhojpur police conducted raids two different gamble centres under Ara town and Nawada police stations and arrested 21 gamblers and seized mobiles and cash from them.

Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that the police got information that illegal guessing and gambling centre was being run near Sun Temple at Powerganj under Nawada police station. He at once formed a police team that arrested 17 gamblers and seized 11 mobiles, four calculators, one register, 18 tickets, one clock, one wrist watcg, and Rs. 6130 in cash from them. The arrested gamblers were identified as Sudhir Kumar, Rahul Kumar, Md Maukim Khan, Rajendra Kumar, Manish Kumar, Ashutosh Kumar, Dharmendra Kumar, Surajdeep Sah, Pradeep Kumar, Rajendra Sah, Raviranjan, Bindeshwari Singh, Suresh Singh, Shiv Shankar Kumar, Nikhil Kumar, Devkant Kumar and Abhishek Kumar.

The SP further said that likewise he got information that a guessing and gamble centre is being run at an open field in front of Ayush Hospital at Rauza locality under Ara town police station. He at once sent a police team there that arrested four gamblers including Ravi Kumar and Nand Kishore Paswan and seized three mobiles and Rs. 6000 in cash.
