Dr Dasoju appealed people to vote for BRS in the ensuing Assembly elections, to continue implementing Prof. Jayashankar's ideals.

Hyderabad, (RNI): BRS senior leader Dr Dasoju Sravan urged Telangana people to bring back CM KCR to power for the third time, as a true tribute to Telangana ideologue Professor Jayashankar Master. Alerting people that Telangana backstabbers and agents of TDP chief Chandrabau Naidu and former CM Kiran Kumar Reddy are trying to mislead and plunder Telangana once again, Dr Sravan appealed to vote for BRS in the ensuing Assembly elections to continue implementing Professor Jayashankar's ideals in the governance.

Remembering Professor Jayashankar Master on his 89th birth anniversary, Dr Dasoju Sravan said, Prof Jayashankar has acted as a friend, guide and philosopher for Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao during Telangana agitation, stressing that both 'Prof Jayashankar' and 'KCR' are inseparable. 

Speaking at a program held by Telangana Vikas Samithi in Hyderabad on Sunday, Dr Dasoju Sravan recounted the special bond between CM KCR and Prof Jayashankar. 

"CM KCR and Prof Jayashankar shared a very special bond. Prof Jayashankar was not just an ideologue but acted as a friend, guide and philosopher for CM KCR during Telangana agitation. Like Chanakya played an indelible role in the success of Chandragupta Mourya's life, Prof Jayashankar Master has led CM KCR in achieving separate state and emerging victorious. Like Chanakya and Chandragupta Mourya are inseparable, Prof Jayashankar and KCR are inseparable," highlighted Dr Sravan. 

"Professor Jayashankar sir  was a rare intellectual who was completely selfless and relentlessly fought for the cause of Telangana. He dedicated his entire life for the Telangana and played a key role in Telangana movement in 1969 and later in Telangana agitation led by KCR. He had even stayed unmarried and sacrifised his entire life for Telangana. We have never seen such a committed ideaologue and selfless intellectual in the history," said Dr Dasoju Sravan eulogising Prof Jayashankar 

Explaining about Prof Jayashankar's vision for Telangana Dr Dasoju Sravan said, "It would have been happy if Prof Jayashankar was alive. He always strived for Telangana and had many plans for the all round development of Telangana. He and KCR were confident of achieving separate state and laid down plans and policies for the growth of the state, even before 2014. If once drought-hit Telangana has turned into one of the most prosperous state, being the second largest rice grower in country, it was the vision of Prof Jayashankar and CM KCR."

Proclaiming that only CM KCR can ensure implementation of Professor Jayashankar's ideals Dr Sravan said, "Thanks to CM KCR's efforts inspired by Prof Jayashankar, even one of the most backward districts like Nalgonda and Mahabubnagar have become irrigated and prosperous havens for agriculture. The welfare schemes and development initiatives of CM KCR have completely transformed the lives of Telangana people.
