AUTO-RICKSHAW DRIVER CRUSHED TO DEATH
Driver of an auto-rickshaw was crushed to death when a speeding Scorpio dashed the auto-rickshaw from behind in the evening near Petrol Pump on Bihia- Bihata State Highway 102 under Bihia police station in Bhojpur district.
ARA, (RNI) Driver of an auto-rickshaw was crushed to death when a speeding Scorpio dashed the auto-rickshaw from behind in the evening near Petrol Pump on Bihia- Bihata State Highway 102 under Bihia police station in Bhojpur district. The deceased was identified as Amit Kumar 25 son of Uma Shankar Prasad of Bihia under the same police station. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
SHO Bihia police station said that Amit Kumar after loading fertilizer on the auto-rickshaw at Bihia was going to Jagdishpur when a speeding Scorpio dashed the auto-rickshaw from behind near Petrol pump at Bihia on Bihia-Bihata State Highway 102 under Bihia police station in which the auto-rickshaw driver Amit Kumar was badly injured. The driver escaped from the scene with the Scorpio after the incident. Later the villagers rushed the injured to the Bihia Community Health Centre but the doctor referred him to the Ara Sadar Hospital after first aid but the injured succumbed to his injuries on way to the Ara Sadar Hospital
