ART AND SCIENCE EXHIBITION ORGANIZED
-A one day grand art and science exhibition on the topic ‘Climate Change’ was organized on the campus of Shanti Smriti Sambhawana Residential High School, Shubh Narayan Nagar Majhaua. MLC Awadhesh Narayan Singh, Chief Guest, former VC, Veer Kuer Singh University (VKSU) Acharya Dharmendra, guest of honour, former general secretary, Bihar State Citizen Council, Bhai Barmeshwar, President, Ex-Serviceman Association, Major Rana Pratap Singh, President, Bihar State University Teachers’ Association, Prof. Kanhaiya Bahadur, Director of the School, Dr. Kumar Dwijendra and the Principal of the School, Dr. Archana Singh jointly inaugurated the exhibition by the lighting the candle. Students of the school sang welcome note presenting the beauty and conservation of nature in the song. The children also made a touching appeal for water conservation, air pollution and environmental protection through painting and posters.

Welcoming the guests, Principal, Shanti Smriti Sambhawana Residential High School, said that climate change is a global problem not in India but many countries of the world are facing this problem. She said that the school always organizes awareness programmes on such topics. Later the guests, parents and general people visited the art and science exhibition. Models like rain water harvesting system, water treatment plant, green city, smart city, smoke observer, laser security system etc. were presented by the children of the school in the exhibition. MLC Awadesh Narayan Singh said that they have go avoid using goods that emits carbon dioxide. The former VC, VKSU Acharya Dharmendra said that life can be saved only through water and greenery.
In his presidential address, Prof. Kanhaiya Bahadur said that this exhibition, on one hand, highlights the problems to be faced while on the other, it also presents its solution.
In the end, students were awarded for their better performance. Alok Atulya got the best award.
