AMBA organized ‘Dandiya Dance’ this year also and people of Bhojpur district had a lot of fun in the programme held at Hotel Ara Grand for the eight consecutive years. About 500 people of all ages in participated and in traditional attire and enjoyed the Dandiya Dance on the beats of Dholak.

ARA---------------------AMBA organized ‘Dandiya Dance’ this year also and people of Bhojpur district had a lot of fun in the programme held at Hotel Ara Grand for the eight consecutive years. About 500 people of all ages in participated and in traditional attire and enjoyed the Dandiya Dance on the beats of Dholak.
O P Pandey, president of the AMBA, Guddu Singh Babuan, Archana Kumari, Apporva jointly inaugurated the programme lighting the ceremonial candle. Later people from different parts of Bhojpur district performed Dandiya Dance and enthralled the spectators. The tunes of traditional Gujarati and Rajasthani music continued to resonate in the halls. There was a lot of fanfare on Bhojpuri’s gentle songs also. Small little butterflies also attended the programme and mesmerized the people with their performance. They danced to the beats of Dholak in traditional Dandiya attire and displayed their talents. They maintained the Gujarati tradition of Dandiya in every respect and no one could distinguish whether they were not Gujarati. Their enthusiasm inspired everyone.
Speaking on the occasion, Guddu Singh Babuan said that this type of even creates an atmosphere of mutual brotherhood. He always encourages people to organize such event.
Principal Sambhawana School, Archana Singh said that it is a very good thing that this successful programme umnder AMBA Dandia Nite is being organized smoothly for the last eight years. She added that by the grace of Mata Rani, religious harmony is maintained through such type of programme.
P Pandey, president of the AMBA said that their aim is to connect the people of Bhojpur district with the traditional culture. This is what they had tired through the Dandiya Dance programme.
Later all the participants were given prizes and mementos. Members of AMBA Sansthan and dignitaries of the town including Daldul, Shashi, Abhay Viswas Bhatt, Ankita, Bhaskar, Raju, Anjali, Sameer Singh, Ritu, Gauri, Harshita, Manglesh, Rajesh Rajput, Abhishek Dwiwedi and others were present on the occasion.
