ADJ XIII AWARDS RIGOROUS LIFE IMPRISONMENT TO TWO FOR MURDER

APP Parshuram Chaudhary said that Lutawan Musahar and Dukhi Musahar of Dudhram Tola under Agiaw Bazaar police station took Upendra Chaudhary of the same village with them on October 20, 2021 in the night for fishing but Upendra Chaudhary did not return home. The family members searched for him and found his body on the bank of the river. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Agiaw Bazaar police station in this regard. Personal dispute was said to be the cause behind the incident.
After hearing both the parties, the ADJ XIII Aditya Suman convicted Lutawan Musahar and Dukhi Musahar for murder of Upendra Chaudhary and also for erasing the evidence. The ADJ awarded rigorous life imprisonment to both the culprits and also slapped a fine of Rs. 15000 on each of them.
