ADJ XI AWARDS RIGOROUS LIFE IMPRISONMENT TO TWO FOR MURDER

BUXAR (RNI) Additional District and Session Judge XI, Buxar Civil Court Raghvir Prasad awarded rigorus life imprisonment to Sunil Rajbhar and his father Virendra Rajbhar and also slapped a fine of Rs. 20,000 on each of them. The amount will be given to the children of the victim.

APP Sheshnath Singh said that Sandhya Kumari 25 of Baghelwa village under Rajpur police station in Buxar district was married to Sunil Rajbhar son of Virendra Rajbhar in the year 2014. Since the marriage, the in-laws tortured her for dowry. Sunil Kumar had taken back his wife from his in-laws house on March 20, 2020. Meanwhile, Sandhya Kumari’s father got news that his daughter was burnt. He at once went there and found that her burnt body was lying in the courtyard. He immediately informed the police in this regard. The police recovered the body and brought it to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. A named FIR was lodged with the police in this regard against the husband and father-in-law of the deceased.

Hearing borth the parties, the ADJ XI convicted Sunil Rajbhar and Virendra Rajbhar and also awarded rigorous life imprisonment to both of them also slapped a fine of Rs. 20,000 on each of them and the said amount is to be given to the children of the victim.

In another case, ADJ III, Buxar Civil Court Sanjeet Kumar Singh awards rigorous life imprisonment to two persons Raju Yadav and Surya Kumar Singh in connection with murder and also slapped a fine of Rs. 10,000 on each of them.

APP Suresh Singh said that the miscreants had shot dead Bijendra Yadav of Rahathua village on February 17, 2017. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Brahmpur police station in this regard on the statement of son of the deceased Kamlesh Yadav.

After hearing both the parties, the ADJ III awards rigorous life imprisonment to both of them and also slapped a fine of Rs. 10,000 on each of them.
