Additional District and Session Judge VI, Buxar Civil Court Mankameshwar Prasad Choubey awarded 20 years rigorous imprisonment to a person and also slapped a fine of Rs. 1 lakh in connection with outraging modesty of a teenage girl.

BUXAR---------------------------Additional District and Session Judge VI, Buxar Civil Court Mankameshwar Prasad Choubey awarded 20 years rigorous imprisonment to a person and also slapped a fine of Rs. 1 lakh in connection with outraging modesty of a teenage girl.
Special Public Prosecutor Suresh Kumar Singh said that a teenage girl had to the field in the village on April 25, 2022 to attend call of nature when a youth caught her, beat her up and outraged her modesty. An FIR was lodged with the police under woman police station in this regard.
After hearing both the parties, the ADJ VI convicted the youth and awarded 20 years rigorous imprisonment and also slapped a fine of Rs. 1 lakh on him.
