Additional District and Session Judge V, Ara Civil Court Supriya Singh awarded seven years rigorous imprisonment to one Pappu Sharma and also slapped a fine of Rs. 12000 on him in connection with attempt to murder case.

ARA----------------------------Additional District and Session Judge V, Ara Civil Court Supriya Singh awarded seven years rigorous imprisonment to one Pappu Sharma and also slapped a fine of Rs. 12000 on him in connection with attempt to murder case.
Public Prosecutor, Nageshwar Dubey said that some armed miscreants had entered the house of Santosh Sharma at Anua village under Sahar police station in Bhojpur district on July 5, 2022 and shot at and injured him seriously. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Sahar police station against Pappu Sharma of the same village in this regard.
After hearing both the parties, the ADJ V convicted Pappu Sharma of shooting Santosh Sharma in his house and injured him. Later the ADJ V awarded rigorous seven years imprisonment to Pappu Shamra and also slapped a fine of Rs. 12000 on him.
