ADJ III AWARDS RIGOROUS LIFE IMPRISONMENT TO SEVEN PERSONS REGARDING MURDER

ARA-------------------------Additional District and Session Judge III, Ara Civil Court Satyendra Singh awarded rigorous life imprisonment to seven persons including father, brother and son and also slapped a fine of Rs.20,000 pm each of them in connection with murder and attempt to murder.

APP Ajay Kumar said that there is a sweetmeat shop of the informer and the culprits near Gangi Bridge under Ara town police station and they had quarreled regarding the prices of the sweets. On March 12, 20217, at least eight persons Ajay Keshari, Bhuwar Keshari alias Arun Keshari, Anil Keshari, Guddu Keshari and Pappu Keshari sons of Brij Kishore Keshari, Bittu Keshari son of Anil Keshari and Ritik Keshari son of Bhuwar Keshari and Brij Kishore Keshari came at the sweetmeat shop and started thrashing the sons of the informer Shubham Kumar and Suman Kumar and when Ashok Kumar Chaurasiya came to their rescue, they stabbed and injured him badly. He was rushed to the Ara Sadar Hospital where he was declared dead. The informer Ram Nath Chaurasiya of Gausganj locality under Ara town police station lodged a named FIR with the police under Ara town police station against Ajay Keshari, Bhuwar Keshari alias Arun Keshari, Anil Keshari, Guddu Keshari and Pappu Keshari sons of Brij Kishore Keshari, Bittu Keshari son of Anil Keshari and Ritik Keshari son of Bhuwar Keshari and Brij Kishore Keshari in connection with murder of his brother Ashok Kumar Chaurasiya and thrashing his sons Shubham Kumar and Suman Kumar. During pendency of the suit, Brij Kishore Keshari died.

After hearing both the parties, the ADJ III, Ara Civil court Satyendra Singh held the named accused gand awarded r uilty igorous life imprisonment to all the named accused and also slapped a fine of Rs.20,000 on each of them.
