-Fire broke out the abditory of Ara Collectorate at Ara under Ara town police station in Bhojpur district in the late evening on March 3, 2025 and property worth lakhs of rupees was destroyed. Fire could be extinguished with the help of local people and fire brigade. Short circuits is said to be the cause behind the fire.

ABDITORY OF ARA COLLECTORATE CAUGHT FIRE

ARA (RNI) Fire broke out the abditory of Ara Collectorate at Ara under Ara town police station in Bhojpur district in the late evening on March 3, 2025 and property worth lakhs of rupees was destroyed. Fire could be extinguished with the help of local people and fire brigade. Short circuits is said to be the cause behind the fire. Police are investigating the matter. Chaos prevails following the incident. The fire put a big question mark on the security arrangement of district administration.

Neeraj Kumar Kesari, a local shopkeeper said that he had returned his house after closing the shop in the late evening when the locals informed him that fire had broken out. He at one rushed to his shop and found that the abditory at the Ara collectorate had caught fire though some make shift shops had also caught fire. They tried their best to extinguish the fire and also summoned the fire brigade. The fire could be extinguished with the help of fire brigade and the efforts of local people.
