A grand Janaki temple should also be constructed in Puronadham of Mithila : Pathak

Darbhanga (RNI) A grand Janaki temple should be built in Puronadham in Sitamarhi, Mithila on the lines of Ram temple in Ayodhya, said well known social worker, Arvind Pathak. 

Shri Pathak said this during an interview, here yesterday. In the religious scriptures, the name of the mother of the world, Sita, is mentioned before the name of Ram and she is called Sitaram, he said. 

Maa Janaki was born in the Mithila city of Puronadham, but this place has not yet been developed in the same way as the birthplace of Ram, he said. 

Mithila is also politically important because 16 MPs and 108 MLAs are elected from this region. The people of Mithila should pay serious attention to this. During his visit to Delhi next month, the Prime Minister will give memorandum to Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, he said. \

The people of Mithila have announced a 35-day pad yatra from Delhi to Puronadham via Ayodhya from 25th February. This is a welcome step and every effort will be made to make this yatra successful, he said. 
o a question, Shri Pathak said that the higher education system in Mithila has almost ended. To improve it, intervention will be sought from President Smt. Draupadi Murmu next month. We will not let it become a pasture and it would be better if the people who have come with the intention of looting find their place elsewhere, otherwise they will have to lose everything here, he said.  He mentioned that during his stay in Delhi last month, he discussed with the country's renowned educationists, Vice Chancellors and senior Supreme Court lawyers in this regard.
