ARA-------------------------One student commits suicide by hanging himself to the ceiling fan at Chitratoli road under Ara town police station. On information, the police rushed to the spot and recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
SHO Ara town police station Devraj Rai said that Gaurav Soni alias Krish son of Manoranjan Prasad of Sri Ram Market at Chitratoli Road under Ara town police station committed suicide by hanging himself to the ceiling fan of the house. The SHO said that he was an engineering student at Chennai but his illness compelled him to leave his study. Meanwhile his mother had died. Both the incident was too much for him and he was suffering from depression for quite some time. He had earlier tried to commit suicide twice but every time was rescued. In the last evening, when all the members of the family had gone outside, Gaurav Soni finding himself all alone in the house, he committed suicide by hanging himself to the ceiling fan. When the family members returned, they found Gaurav Soni hanging to the ceiling fan and informed the police.
