A MASON KILLED AFTER SLITTING HIS THROAT IN BHOJPUR VILLAGE

ARA (RNI) Some persons slit throat of a middle aged person near Bhario Baba temple at Jagdishpur Ward No. 3 under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district in the late evening on March 4, 2024. The deceased was identified as Md. Muslim 45 son of Md.Khedu of Pawar Tola at Jagdishpur Ward No. 3 under Jagdishpur police station. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was a mason. Trivial dispute is said to be the cause in between two groups in the village. An FIR is lodged with the police under Jagdishpur police station in this regard. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.

Family members of the deceased said that Md. Muslim had a tiff with his neighbour Md. Aftab over some trivial issue in the late evening on March 4, 2024. Later Md. Aftab along with two others thrashed Md. Muslim and also slit his throat with a knife. Family members rushed him to the Jagdishpur Sub-Divisional Hospital where the doctor declared him dead. Police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
