5-year-old chess prodigy Ishani Chakkilam solved (104) checkmate-in-one-move puzzles in just (9.23) minutes

HYDERABAD MAY 31 (RNI) The world of chess witnessed an extraordinary event as 5-year-old chess prodigy Ishani Chakkilam solved (104) checkmate-in-one-move puzzles in just (9.23) minutes at the local My home Abhra apartments on Hyderabad on Friday.

This is to be officially recognized by the World Book of records, London, Mrs and Mr C.V. Subramanyam expressed their happiness over their grand daughters achievement and hope that this event sparks interest in chess in other children.

Ishani, a gifted student of the Roy Chess Academy, has demonstrated exceptional skill and determination, impressing her mentors with her tactical acumen and dedication.

Her parents, Srikanth & Sravya Chakkilam shared that they introduced chess to Ishani when they recognized she had a natural inclination to logical thinking.

Mrs. Konda Surekha, Telangana Forest & Environment Minister, and British Deputy High Commissioner Gareth Wynn Owen also graced the occasion and appreciated Roy Chess Academy’s commitment to nurturing young talent and promoting chess among children
