25 YOUTHS DONATED BLOOD VOLUNTARY

ARA---------------------------On the occasion of Bihar Diwas today, a voluntary blood donation camp was organized at Habtech Institute, Piro with the support of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) by the Indian Red Cross Society, Ara chapter. At least 25 young men and women donated blood voluntary. The blood donation camp was organized under the supervision of Anup Kumar Singh, district coordinator, ABVP.

Speaking on the occasion, Anup Kumar Singh cleared the misconceptions related to blood donation and emphasized that every healthy person should donate blood.

Senior Red Cross Lab Technician Dharmendra Pandey, Manoj Sah, Amod Kumar, Rajesh Singh and Suraj Kumar made their important contribution. Dr. Vibha Kumari, secretary of the Red Cross Society, Ara Chapter, expressed her gratitude to all the blood donors and also wished them. She said that on the occasion of Bihar Day, a two-day programme related to blood donation has been organized. The first programme was held on March 22, 2025 at Piro and the second programme will be held on March 23, 2025 by Rotary Club of Ara.at Bahiyara. She stated that the Red Cross Society is very grateful to the organizations continuously cooperating in blood donation because with their cooperation the Red Cross Blood Centre has been continuously contributing in the service of suffering humanity.
