24 DREADED CRIMINALS BOOKED UNDER CCA AND BCA AND ASKED TO BE PRESENT IN DIFFERENT POLICE STATIONS TWICE IN A DAY DAILY

ARA (RNI) With a view to conduct the parliamentary election in free, fair and peaceful manner in the 32-Ara Parliamentary Constituency, Bhojpur District Magistrate accepted proposals under CCA and BCA against about two dozen dreaded criminals under different police stations in Bhojpur district and attached them with different police station and ordered them to be present in their respective police station till June 1, 2024 daily in the morning at 9am and again at 6pm. These criminals have been directed to get mobile numbers of their police stations and keep their mobiles on so that their locations could be traced if needed.

The DM asked a dreaded criminal of Ara Khurshid Quraishi to be present in the Ara town police station and Dhan Jee Yadav to be present in Karnamepur police station in the morning and again in the evening daily till June 1, 2024. Besides, action under CCA and BCA has also been taken against Amit Kumar Singh of Tirthkaul village under Sandesh police station, Rahul Kumar of Godhana Road under Nawada police station, Shiv Balak Singh Chaudhary of Bodha Tola under Dhangai police station, Rakesh Yadav, Pappu Singh, Laloo Singh, Nanhak Mali, Nikhilesh Kumar Singh, Rahul Rai, Vinod Yadav, Sunil Kumar, Jahan Yadav, Kishun Mishra, Kalu Paswan, under Tier police station, Dhan Jee Yadav, Vikas Yadav and Khurushid Quraishi. These miscreants will have to submit two security bonds of Rs. 50,000 within 48 hours of passing of the order. If these miscreants violet the order, they should be arrested immediately and produced them before the DM through the SP. The DM also directed the concerned police stations to keep vigil on their activities.
