ARA----------------------------Additional District and Session Judge X, Ara Civil Court, Devanand Mishra awarded rigorous 10 years imprisonment to a person and also slapped a fine of Rs. 1 lakh in connection with smuggling of 41.300 kg of ganja.
Special Public Prosecutor NDPS, Rana Pratap Singh said that the then CEO, Udwantnagar Punam Singh and the Sub Inspector, Gajrajganj police outpost Anil Kumar Dubey had conducted raid in the house of Yogendra Singh at Masadh village under Gajrajganj police outpost on January 22, 2019 and had seized 41.300 kg of ganja from there.
After hearing, the ADJ X, Ara Civil Court held Yogendra Singh guilty of ganja smuggling and awarded rigorous 10 years imprisonment to Yogendra Singh and also slapped a fine of Rs. 1 lakh on him under the section of NDPS.
